Meet The Team
Heath
Heath Caddell has been with our team as a part-time driver since 2019. When he is not driving a truck, Heath can be found at Reach Community Church where he is the lead pastor. Heath loves long walks in the dark with a heavy ruck-sack, working out with F3 and spending time with his wife and three children.
Tim
Tim Faircloth has been with Mulch & More since 2018. Tim is usually the first point of contact for our customers where he answers the phones and works his magic on the computers. When Tim isn’t herding the cats at the shop he can be found at Cub Scout meetings with his son or hanging out with friends and family. Tim and his wife live in Leland with their two children.
Yoni
Yoni works part time at Mulch & More as a driver and can be found running machines and helping customers as well. When Yoni isn’t spending time with his wife and three children you can usually find him scouting out the waves as he is an avid surfer.
Latrell
Latrell is a part-time jack of all trades at Mulch & More. Latrell is working on finishing his degree at N.C. State in Psychology where he is learning Jedi mind tricks. Latrell is active in his community, church, F3 and loves to take long runs on the beach for no apparent reason at all.
Rich
Rich is one of our part time Saturday drivers. Rich brings years of commercial driving experience to our team and takes pride in delivering our products to your property. Rich is a family man who lives with his wife in Winnabow.
Jason
Jason is a jack of all trades at Mulch & More. Some days you may find him answering phones and greeting customers and others you may find him out on the delivery truck. Jason is active in many areas of the community, his church, F3 workout group and more.
Michael
Michael is our newest team member at Mulch & More. He is a jack of all trades. You may find him loading materials, driving one of our delivery trucks, or answering the phones and assisting customers. Michael is a proud Army veteran who lives locally with his family.
